Applies to all coaching, consulting, digital products, and services offered through TedGould.com by Ted Gould III, doing business as Ted Talks Bass, LLC.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all coaching packages, strategy calls, done-with-you programs, and digital resources offered to creators, coaches, and business owners. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • 1:1 YouTube Strategy Coaching

  • Content Systems for Creators

  • Digital products, downloads, and templates

  • Group trainings and private sessions

2. Who You’re Working With

All services are delivered by Ted Gould III, operating as Ted Talks Bass, LLC. Coaching services are educational and strategic in nature. You’re hiring an advisor, not an employee, partner, or agent.

3. No Guarantees or Promises

We do not guarantee specific results—such as revenue growth, subscriber milestones, or audience engagement. Your success depends on your effort, niche, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.

Any examples of success (including past client results) are for illustration only and do not guarantee future performance.

4. Client Responsibility

You’re responsible for:

  • Showing up on time and prepared for sessions

  • Completing action steps between sessions

  • Asking for clarification if something isn’t clear

  • Following platform terms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

We reserve the right to end the working relationship if you're unresponsive, disruptive, or misaligned with the scope of services.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales are final.

  • Coaching and consulting services are non-refundable once delivered or booked.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, 24 hours’ notice is required.

  • Late arrivals or missed sessions may be forfeited.

We respect your time and ask that you do the same.

6. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, documents, strategies, and session recordings are the intellectual property of Ted Gould III and Ted Talks Bass, LLC. You may use them for your own business or content, but you may not resell, share, or republish them without written permission.

7. User-Generated Content & Testimonials

If you share feedback, testimonials, results, or tag us in public content, you grant us permission to reference or share that content for promotional or educational purposes.

We’ll never share private client data or session details without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Ted Gould III and Ted Talks Bass, LLC are not liable for direct or indirect damages related to your use of the services or advice given.
This includes—but isn’t limited to—platform penalties, ad performance, tech issues, or business outcomes.

Use your best judgment and consult legal, tax, or medical professionals where appropriate.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, under American Arbitration Association rules.
Each party is responsible for its own legal fees.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on TedGould.com. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
